In this privacy statement, we explain what we at Webstijl do with the information we gather about you. Contact form and newsletter
- Contact form You can use the contact form to ask us questions or make requests. For this, we use your phone number, email address, IP address and name, address, and postcode details. We have a legitimate interest in doing so. We store this information until we are certain you are satisfied with our response and for one year thereafter. This makes it easy for us to retrieve the information for follow-up questions. It also allows us to train our customer service to improve further.
- Newsletter: You can subscribe to our newsletter. In it, you will find news, tips and information about our products and services. You can cancel this subscription at any time. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link. Your email address will be automatically added to the subscriber list. This data will be stored until you cancel your subscription.
Advertisement
We would like to send you advertisements about offers and new products or services. We will do this by email. You can object to this advertising at any time. Every email contains an unsubscribe link.
Location data and advertisements
- Location data Sometimes our website needs to know your location. We will ask for your permission separately, and only if you give it, will we receive this information. - Leadinfo: To measure the business use of our website, we use the service Leadinfo from Rotterdam. This service shows us company names and addresses based on the IP addresses of our visitors. The IP address is not recorded.
Security and changes
- Security The security of personal data is of great importance to us. To protect your privacy, we use secure connections (Secure Sockets Layer or SSL) which shield all information between you and our website when you enter personal data.
- Changes When our website changes, we will naturally need to update the privacy statement as well. So always pay attention to the date above and check regularly for new versions. We will do our best to announce changes separately too.
